Imagine this: you decide to buy a dog (say a husky or samoyed type dog), only to find out that it is not what you think it is. Apparently, it happened to some lady in Japan. She thought that she adopted a white dog, but in reality, it turned out to be a fox. Not sure if it is an arctic fox or a white marble fox (white versions of red foxes), but it definitely looked like a fox to me. Talk about exotic pets. Interestingly, my state (Washington) doesn't allow foxes to be kept as pets (some states do, like Wisconsin and Wyoming), so I don't think I can adopt a fox, but they probably would make interesting pets.
